If someone has plenty of experience dealing with companies’ IT problems then they will be more adept at handling any technology situations that you may have in your company. How Contactable Are They?

Is there an actual office or is it a one-man show that is doing it on the side of his regular career? This is especially relevant if you are employing an IT company to assist with your computer networks and systems. If you have problems getting hold of a company, or you find them online and they do not give contact details, then it is difficult to trust them. If you find it easy to contact the company then you should feel more comfortable dealing with them as you know you can get hold of them should you have any problems.

Ask Questions

If you are working with an IT company to provide your computer service, you should ask lots of questions and see how well they are answered. What chain of command is there in the company and how soon will your queries be dealt with? What services do they provide? Will you be working with one particular person, a group or different people depending on the problem? If you are employing an IT person to work within your company, you will also want to ask them some questions in their interview.
