I understand that this service is being offered to me with no strings attached or obligation to buy anything. During this assessment, I understand that a qualified technician will come to my office and conduct a computer network discovery to:

• Run a full inventory and diagnostic of all the servers, PCs and devices connected to your network
• Put together a customized Migration Plan and show you how to painlessly upgrade your old Windows 7, Server 2008 or Exchange 2010 systems
• Review your firewall and security settings to make sure you truly are protected against hacker attacks, computer viruses, worms, cyber criminals and even employee sabotage
• Scan for spyware or hidden viruses that may be secretly stealing your company’s bandwidth, jeopardizing the speed of your computer systems, and embezzling confidential information about you, your clients and your business.
• Review your company’s current AUP (acceptable use policy) and make recommendations on updates or missing information that MUST be clarified in writing to your staff.
• Summarize all of the data you currently have and validate that the most critical data is being backed up in a manner that would allow you to be up and running FAST in the event of a disaster.
• Diagnose slow, unstable PCs or other chronic problems.
• Discuss a project and answer any of your questions regarding an upgrade, change or project you are considering. We can also give you a second opinion on a quote you received.

At the end of the discovery, we’ll give you a full report of findings detailing what we discovered with specific recommendations on what you should do to remedy security gaps, vulnerabilities or threats you may not be aware of.
